Our stance in one line: Patterns, not transcripts.

What we process:
- Metadata from sources you explicitly connect (calendar, email headers, messaging metadata, CRM relationship data).
- Voice captures you initiate — used to extract structured intent, not stored as transcripts by default.

What we do NOT store:
- The body of your emails.
- The body of your messages (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Meeting transcripts.
- Anything from sources you have not connected.

Legal & regulatory:
- Built in Sweden, hosted under EU values.
- GDPR-compliant data handling: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation.
- EU AI Act readiness: transparency about model use, no high-risk profiling.
- Full export and deletion rights — request anytime and we comply.

Your controls:
- Disconnect any source with one click; we purge derived patterns on request.
- Export your data as a structured archive.
- Delete your account and all derived patterns.

Why this matters:
Most "AI assistant" products read everything, store everything, and train on everything. Experience OS is built on the opposite premise: we only need patterns (who, when, how often) to produce a useful weekly plan. The contents of your conversations are yours.
